For a missing or unexpected purchase, contact us with the store order reference, product name, and the email address used for your game account. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under the relevant store's rules.
Gameplay or technical help
For a game issue, include the screen or mode, what happened, what you expected, and any steps that reproduce it. Screenshots or a short screen recording can help us investigate.
Delete your account
You can delete an active account in the app: open the menu, choose “Account, support & legal,” then choose “Delete account & game data.” If you cannot sign in, use the account-deletion page to ask for help.
