Delete your account
Delete in the app
For the fastest deletion, sign in to Ancient Battlegrounds, open the menu, choose “Account, support & legal,” then choose “Delete account & game data.” You will be asked to confirm with your password. This permanently deletes your account and active gameplay data.
Can’t sign in?
Send an account-deletion request to ancientbattlegrounds11@gmail.com. Use the email address associated with the account where possible and include your display name. Do not send your password. We may ask for information to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
What is deleted
We delete the Firebase account, game profile, saved decks, card inventory, virtual-currency balance, challenge progress, match history stored for the account, active matchmaking and presence records, and active marketplace listings. We also remove or redact references to the account in other players’ match history where needed.
Deletion is permanent and game progress, virtual items, or deleted account access cannot be restored. Limited purchase, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained only where required or permitted by applicable law and the relevant store or payment provider.
